1. Is my gift tax deductible?
Yes. SEUEF USA is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit. We will send you an official gift receipt with our Federal Tax Identification Number to acknowledge every gift, which normally is sufficient for your tax deduction.

2. How is my gift granted to recipients?
SEUEF USA realizes its mission through supporting programs at Southeast University. SEU accepts applications and makes grants to those programs at discretion of the Board. With Master Agreement between SEUEF USA and SEUEF, we make grants to and receive reports from SEUEF, who assists the implementation of the programs at Southeast University. Other grantees include SEU Alumni Associations in New York etc.

3. Is there any administrative fees charged over my gift?
As the SEUEF USA needs to pay its necessary costs including attorney, auditing, office rent, utilities and other expenses for daily operation, we will assess 5%-7% of the gifts to cover the administrative cost. We sincerely thank you for your understanding on this.

4. How will my gift be acknowledged at SEUEF USA?
Every gift counts. We acknowledge our donors through acknowledgement letters, in honor roll of donors at our website in the annual report which is sent to every donor. For gifts with certain amounts, donors are entitled to name the program. SEUEF USA is happy to provide necessary assistance for your visit.
